After weeks of hard work, refinishing cabinets, painting, replacing fixtures, cutting tile and baseboards, my Dad and Uncle John's rental property is very close to being complete. The house has received a very nice facelift. Here are some before and after pictures.

I wanna live there! What a beatiful home, they did a great job.
I love the tile! It's gorgeous. A lot of work, but worth it. Very nicely done. I'd like to live there, too.
